Volunteer Opportunities

Administrative Duties: (4-6 hours once a week)
o Data entry
o Updating mailing and e-mail address lists
Mailing: (1-2 days - group project twice a year)
o Addressing, stuffing, and stamping the annual donation letter and postcards for special events
Fundraising: (January-May)
o Volunteer committee is involved in the Sponsor a Poster Child Campaign. On-site help with displays, events, and programs related to the campaign. Soliciting sponsorships if interested
Public Relations: (Ongoing)
o Marketing and publicizing Foothills through a variety of media outlets
Grant Seeker and/or Writer: (Ongoing)
o Knowledge in the area of grant writing and interest in finding funding from both the private and public sources
Event Planning: (As needed – concentration is from March-May)
o Planning and implementing various events to raise awareness for Foothills and to compliment their fundraising efforts
